Food Services Associate
Job Description
If you’re reliable, quick on your feet, and like working as part of a team that keeps people fed and happy, this role’s for you! As a Food Services Associate, you’ll support daily cafeteria operations—helping prep food, serve meals, keep stations stocked, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen and dining environment. ALL TEAM OFFERS:
- Weekly Pay: $16-18/hour
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Friendly & professional atmosphere
- Support daily cafeteria operations: food prep, breakfast/lunch service, stocking, and cleaning
- Prep and replenish items (including salad bar): basic ingredient/vegetable prep, portioning, assembling, chopping, slicing, etc.
- Serve food according to portion standards and food safety guidelines
- Work assigned stations as needed: grill, hot line, deli, pizza, salad bar
- Monitor and replenish food items and supplies during service
- Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, serving counters, equipment/utensils, and assigned dining/kitchen areas
- Assist with dishwashing, trash removal, and deep cleaning as assigned
- Support inventory organization, stock rotation, restocking supplies/dry goods, and putting away deliveries
- Attend required safety/food handling trainings and follow supervisor instructions
- Support team members during peak service periods; perform other duties as assigned
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food service setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- Professional, courteous customer service demeanor
- Able to follow instructions, policies, and safety procedures consistently
- Comfortable working in a commercial kitchen environment (heat/steam/cold storage)
- Food Handlers / ServSafe Certificate required
- Commercial kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cold storage areas
- Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
