You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and wipe surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or room damage to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and stored securely.
- Follow hotel safety and security procedures at all times.
- Respond promptly and politely to guest requests.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in service areas.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical condition; must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Physically demanding: standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Fast-paced environment.
- May be exposed to cleaning chemicals.
