Job Description

All Team is looking for a Staffing Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Kansas City, MO branch and drive success through smart hiring, strong client relationships, and team development.
As a Staffing Manager, you will be the go-to person for managing client accounts, recruiting top talent, and ensuring smooth, efficient office operations. You will be juggling multiple priorities—staffing assignments, customer service, and team coaching—all while keeping quality and speed at the heart of everything you do. You will be working alongside our Branch Manager and become a member of a Productive Team by helping place others with the right Jobs / Careers they are looking for.
As a Staffing Manager Your Key Duties and responsibilities may include:
As a Staffing Manager, you will be the go-to person for managing client accounts, recruiting top talent, and ensuring smooth, efficient office operations. As a Staffing Manager Your Key Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Utilizing your market expertise to find & place talented candidates with the right opportunity to support their career goals
- Consistently recruiting, interviewing, vetting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Using your Social Media knowledge to manage job boards by keeping job postings up-to-date and refreshed weekly
- Filling job orders on timely basis recognizing the best customer / employee fit possible
- You will have the opportunity to build and nurture long-term relationships with employees and customers
- Communicating with customers and employees to confirm placements
- Proactively seek out new opportunities to recruit excellent talent in order to satisfy existing client needs
- Conduct regular check-ins with Customers & Employees to ensure both are happy
- Efficiently maintain and update job orders, as well as your war board daily
- Provide detail reports to support your daily objectives and track your own career goals in order to be successful
- Lead and actively support efforts of employees to be 100% safe with a goal of zero accidents
- Your attention-to-detail will be counted upon to complete payroll and billing accurately and timely
- Work closely collaborating with your Branch Manager to prospect, pursue, and close new business
- Showcase your interpersonal skills by being in close communication with your Customer’s to manage their expectations and communicate any exceptions
- Carry and respond to the “On Call” phone (on a rotating basis with Branch Manager)
- Continue to project your Professional image in every communication, client and recruiting meeting
- Strive for the highest level of accuracy and completeness
- Prior experience with Recruiting, Staffing, Human Resources, or other related fields (1+ years)
- Ability to effectively resolve any possible conflicts
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build a positive rapport with all employees and customers
- Strong leadership qualities
