Selling Branch Manager
Job Description
All Team Staffing is currently looking for a Selling Branch Manager with experience, to join our team in Nashville, TN. Job Summary:As the branch leader, you will be responsible for driving the profitable operation of the branch, actively building strong client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and boosting revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a natural desire to succeed, and a strategic mind for business growth. - Motivating the staff to perform at company defined performance standards.
- Managing and driving the continued growth and development of the branch and local staff.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of reaching target sales goals.
- Ability to prioritize, execute, and meet deadlines under pressure to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with food service, hospitality, and event staffing is valued highly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus,
- Comfortability within a highly-visible, KPI-driven organization.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation, for outside sales.
