We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to restaurant standards, maintaining a clean workstation, and ensuring food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and maintaining kitchen supplies.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and sanitation regulations.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
