Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Member with strong food preparation skills, specifically in making sandwiches and similar menu items. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a culinary setting and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble high-quality sandwiches and other menu items according to recipes and specifications.
Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
Work efficiently to fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and stocked.
Follow instructions from the manager and adapt to kitchen operations as needed.
Requirements:
Prior culinary experience is a must (restaurant, deli, or food service industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of food preparation, portioning, and quality control.
Must have ServSafe Food Handler Certification or any equivalent food safety certification.
Additional culinary or food safety certifications are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
