Food Service Worker
Job Description
All Team Staffing is seeking dedicated Food Service Workers to join our team! As a Food Prep Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and portioning food items while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. You will follow standardized recipes and daily worksheets to ensure quality meal preparation.
Duties
Prepare and portion food items according to company standards and production requirements.
Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure food quality and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.
Adhere to food safety regulations, including proper temperature control and storage.
Assist with kitchen duties as needed, including dishwashing and stocking supplies.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Experience
Minimum one (2) year of experience in food preparation or food service is preferred.
Knowledge of food prep techniques, knife handling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures.
Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
Basic mathematical skills to measure and portion ingredients accurately.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
